Combining my love of gin and peaches only seemed inevitable. So here is my quick recipe on how to make peach infused gin which will last on your bar for months and months on end!
An easy recipe to quickly create a jam-packed peach flavoured infused gin!
- 1 cup Gin Beefeater Gin Recommended
- 1½ cup Peaches approx. 1-2 peaches
Cut up the peaches into small chunks and place into a sterile mason jar
Fill the jar with Gin and cover with a lid. Keep this stored in a dark, cool area.
After 36 hours, strain out the peaches and keep the gin stored in the jar. Again, keep this away from sunlight and in a cool, dark area. Enjoy!
