A Sparkling Coconut and Rose Cocktail with Vodka

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1/4 oz Rose Water
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Sparkling Wine
  • 2 oz Coconut Water
  • 1 Sprig Lemon Verbena

Instructions

  1. In a small collins glass filled with ice, layer the vodka, rose water and simple syrup

  2. Top with sparkling wine and coconut water and garnish with lemon verbena sprig

Recipe Notes

If you want to get fancy, I'd create a Coconut Water and Lemon Verbena syrup reduction. It could be easily infused and used in a number of ways around your kitchen!

As a reminder, all Simple Syrup recipes on this site uses a 1:1 ratio of water and granulated sugar.
