Honey Chamomile Syrup

A simple syrup to create at home, perfect for Spirit Free creations and for this particular Pink Gin and Chamomile Cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Boiled Water
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 Chamomile Tea Bag

Instructions

  1. Once your water boils, in a non reactive container, combine water, honey and chamomile. Stir until honey dissolves completely.

  2. Let this come to room temperature before straining. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
