Haskap Berry Sparkle

Couldn't think of a good name for this cocktail, but it doesn't mean it's not simple and delicious! Combining a Haskap Cassis with Sparkling Rose and Gin!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Dry Gin Used Steinhart Dry Gin here
  • 3/4 oz Haskap Cassis From Steinhart Distillery
  • 1/3 oz Rich Simple Syrup 2:1 ratio
  • 3 oz Sparkling Rose Wine Local Henry of Pelham Cuvee Catherine used here

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, add all your ingredients except sparkling rose. Give this a short shake.

  2. Strain into your flute glass and top with Sparkling Rose.
