Boozy Dark Chocolate Dipped Clementine

An easy, quick dessert featuring clementines and dark chocolate with the LC influence.

Ingredients

  • 1 block Lindt Dark Chocolate
  • ½ block Lindt Hazelnut
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 4 oz Liquor Tequila Preferred
  • 10 Clementines peeled
  • 1 tsp of Sea Salt or Maldon Salt Optional
  • ¼ cup Hot Water Optional

Instructions

  1. In a small saucer, add a ½ cup of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Using a heatproof bowl, place the chocolate inside the bowl and have it melt, and stir in the cream until well combined

  3. Once fully melted, take the bowl from the saucer and dip the clementines half way. Lay it on a tray, and once complete, add a pinch of salt to the chocolate (optional if using tequila)
  4. Place the tray into the fridge and allow the chocolate to cool.

Recipe Notes

If you want a smoother consistency when warming the chocolate, I found adding a couple tablespoons of boiled water helped instantly. This is why I mention in the ingredient list that it is optional!
