  • 5 Peaches Cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Raisin Roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a non-reactive container, mash the peaches and raisins until completely broken down
  2. Mix in the sugar and cinnamon and leave it in the fridge, covered in plastic wrap for 2 days (Make sure to stir the contents once a day)

  3. After the maceration, strain the contents through a fine mesh strainer into a mason jar.

  4. Pour the vinegar through the fine mesh strainer to get as much sugar that is attached to the fruit as possible. Discard the remains or keep for personal use.

  5. Let this infuse with the vinegar in the fridge for a week before usage. Make sure to give it a shake each day.
