A delicious Reduction initially used for a Spring-inspired Gin Sour, but you can use this for your non-alcoholic beverages, on top of pancakes and so much more!

In a small saucer, stir in all ingredients until it reaches a boil
Once it boils, reduce it down to simmer and let this simmer for a minimum of 20 minutes. You don't want it too runny.
Once it reaches the desired consistency, strain through a fine mesh strainer and into sterile container. Let it reach room temperature before placing in the fridge.
Can last a minimum of 2 weeks.
