No Smokey Business - Mezcal, Pineapple & Honey Cocktail

An outstanding blend of ingredients including a smokey Mezcal, fresh pineapple juice, honey and basil for a refreshing serve.

  • 1 oz Mezcal Del Maguey Used Here
  • 2/3 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Honey
  • 2 Basil Leaves 1 for garnish


  1. Grab your cocktail shaker and rip 1 Basil leaf in half and place inside. Add the rest of the ingredients, and fill your shaker half way with ice. 

  2. Shake and double strain over crushed ice and garnish with last Basil leaf.
