Classic Fog Cutter

Featuring a classic cocktail of the Tiki era called the Fog Cutter. Mixed by the geniuses of Smuggler's Cove, originating from Trader Vic's famous Drink collection.

Difficulty - Intermediate

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Pisco Caravedo Pisco Used Here
  • 1/2 oz Gin Beefeater Used Here
  • 2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum Mount Gay Eclipse Used Here
  • 1/2 oz Oloroso Sherry Gonzales Byass Nutty Solera Used Here
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 oz Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. In a Shaker, add all the ingredients except for the Sherry, fill your tin 1/3 way with crushed ice and give it a short shake.

  2. Pour everything in the shaker into your tiki mug and top with crushed ice.

  3. Pour Sherry on top of the mixture and garnish with Mint Sprig and swizzle stick.
