Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Kurokame Imo Sweet Potato Shochu
  • 1/2 oz Citrus Sake
  • 1/2 oz Creme de Banane Briottet
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Bittered Sling Lem Marrakech Citrus Spiced Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients into a shaker, fill 1/3 with ice and give this a short shake.

  2. Strain into glassware over crushed ice. Garnish with Nutmeg and Banana Slices

Recipe Notes

To make the Coconut Syrup it's fairly simple. In a small saucepan, over med-high heat, bring 1 cup of coconut water and 2/3 cups granulated sugar to a boil. Once it boils and the sugar has dissolved, remove from the stove and let it cool before storing. Can last 2 weeks in the fridge!
