Thai Pepper Simple Syrup

A sweet and spicy syrup that can be used

Ingredients

  • 2 Thai Peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. In a saucer, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil

  2. Allow this to simmer for 5 minutes to extract as much of the peppers as possible

  3. Strain and let it cool to room temperature before storing into fridge

Recipe Notes

For the obvious quick version, just simply combine the ingredients with hot water and have the peppers sit in the syrup solution. Make sure to allow the syrup to cool before refrigerating!
