Mom's French 75

We've got a brewer's riff on the French 75 that's perfect for Mother's Day brunch!

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Collective’s Rhubarb Hibiscus Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup 1:1 ratio of granulated sugar to water
  • 3 oz Collective Art's Cherry Apple Cider

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add your gin and syrup with ice and give this a quick shake.
  2. Strain into a flute glass and top with Cider.
