Peach-Infused Gin

An easy recipe to quickly create a jam-packed peach flavoured infused gin!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gin Beefeater Gin Recommended
  • cup Peaches approx. 1-2 peaches

Instructions

  1. Cut up the peaches into small chunks and place into a sterile mason jar

  2. Fill the jar with Gin and cover with a lid. Keep this stored in a dark, cool area.

  3. After 36 hours, strain out the peaches and keep the gin stored in the jar. Again, keep this away from sunlight and in a cool, dark area. Enjoy!
