Fennel, Blood Orange and Almond Juice

A delicious and healthy juice recipe that uses the power of anise to tie all its flavours together.

  • ½ Fennel bulb, stalk and fronds - roughly chopped
  • 1 Lemon freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 3 Blood Oranges
  • ½ Navel Orange
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • 3 Sprigs Mint
  • ½ cup Water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a juicer

  2. If using a blender, make sure to squeeze out as much juice as possible and discard skins, and strain through a fine mesh strainer.
