Peach, Cinnamon and Grapefruit Paloma

A refreshing Tequila-based cocktails with peaches and grapefruit soda!

  • 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 oz Peach Syrup
  • 2 oz San Pellegrino's Grapefruit Soda
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (Mexican Cinnamon featured in photo!)
  • 3 slices Peaches and Grapefruit Optional
  • 1 tbsp Maldon Salt mixed with Dried Apricots Optional (for Salted Rim)


  1. Rim a Collins glass with salt mixture (optional) and fill the glass with ice, layered with grapefruit and peach slices

  2. Pour in the tequila, syrup, grapefruit juice and grapefruit soda

  3. Stir and enjoy!
