Blueberry and Beet Smoothie

A delicious juice recipe that you can enjoy on its own or paired with an alcohol.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 large Beets Roasted and Peeled
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Honey Crisp Apple
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend for approximately 1 minute

  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, discarding remains and keep this refrigerated for a maximum of 1 week.
