Cedar Maple and Chartreuse Swizzle

A mint, pineapple and cedar infused swizzle that is incredibly simple to create.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Mezcal
  • 2 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 4 oz FRESH Pineapple Juice
  • 1/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Just a light squeeze
  • 1/2 oz Cedar Maple Syrup
  • 2 sprigs Mint One for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Warning, this is the lazy and quick way of throwing this together (in case my swizzle enthusiast are giving me a major stare down)

  2. Lightly press a few mint leaves to extract its oils before tossing it into the bottom of the glass. Add the rest of the ingredients. Top with Crushed ice and stir until it dilutes and reaches the top.
