Watermelon Basil Frose

This recipe will bring you and your amigos closer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 btl Dry Rose
  • 1/3 cup Vodka
  • 2 cups Watermelon fresh and cubed
  • 10 leaves Basil
  • 1/3 cup Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice approx. 1/2 a fresh lemon
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Pour a bottle of Rose into ice trays (typically 2 standardized ice trays will fit 1 bottle) and leave overnight

  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour straight into glasses

Recipe Notes

I do recommend that with this recipe, you do it in small batches at a time, otherwise the drink starts to separate and it looks no bueno.

A bottle of Rose will typically freeze in 2 standardized kitchen freezer ice tray, so don't be shy to doubling up this recipe! And make sure to give yourself at least 8 hours to let the wine freeze. It won't be completely solid, but that is alright, we are blending it after all
