Dry Vermouth with Orange, Cloves and Cinnamon

An easy Dry Vermouth Infusion that combines Orange Peels, Cloves and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 250 mL Dry Vermouth
  • 3 Whole Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Orange Peel

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sterile container for 1 hour.

  2. Strain the peel, stick and cloves and pour into Mason Jar or Original Vermouth bottle.

  3. Store in fridge for up to 30 days.
