This infusion tops some of the best stuff I’ve made. It’s extremely versatile in cocktails and the best part of infusions is its long shelf life once everything is strained.
Dry Vermouth with Orange, Cloves and Cinnamon
- 250 mL Dry Vermouth
- 3 Whole Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Orange Peel
Combine all ingredients in a sterile container for 1 hour
Strain the peel, stick and cloves
Keep this covered and stored in a dark, cool area. This can last at least 1 year.
