Simple Syrup with Earl Grey

A simple solution with massive flavours!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tea bag Earl Grey Tea

Instructions

  1. Once the water has reached the boiling point, mix with sugar and earl grey

  2. Allow the earl grey to steep in the mixture for 15 minutes while the liquid cools

  3. After 15 minutes, take out the bag and let the syrup reach room temperature before refrigerating. It can stay in the fridge for up to a week.
