Gin Pistachio Lemon Sour

A delicious nutty and zesty sour with a classic combination of gin and egg whites!

  • 1.5 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1.5 oz Pistachio Lemon Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters


  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker and DRY SHAKE (no ice) vigorously for approximately 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice to shaker and shake until cold to the touch
  3. Double Strain into your favourite Coupe Glass
