Cucumber, Turmeric and Kale Syrup

An infused Syrup that can be used for mocktails or in the first case a delicious tequila cocktail inspired by Aaron Hatchell!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiled Water
  • 2 Kale Leaves
  • 1 Peel of whole Cucumber Skin
  • 1 1-inch Fresh Turmeric roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Granulated or Super Fine Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a sterile mason jar, add all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved

  2. Let this sit at room temperature before leaving in the fridge. Can last a maximum of 1 week.
