Cucumber, Kale and Turmeric Syrup

This syrup was used for a special inspired feature by Aaron Hatchell (@aaron_hatchell) for this outstanding Hatchell & Kale Tequila Cocktail. See how we’ve used it here and how it can be created!

Cucumber, Turmeric and Kale Syrup

An infused Syrup that can be used for mocktails or in the first case a delicious tequila cocktail inspired by Aaron Hatchell!

Servings 1 cup

  • 1 cup Boiled Water
  • 2 Kale Leaves
  • 1 Peel of whole Cucumber Skin
  • 1 1-inch Fresh Turmeric roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Granulated or Super Fine Sugar


  1. In a sterile mason jar, add all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved

  2. Let this sit at room temperature before leaving in the fridge. Can last a maximum of 1 week.
