- 2 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat Reserve Gin
- 2/3 oz Lustau's Amontillado Sherry
- 1/3 oz RinQuinQuin Peach Aperitif
- 3 dashes El Guapo Holiday Bitters

In a mixing glass, add all your ingredients, fill with ice and stir well.

Strain into your favourite coupe and garnish with orange peel.
