Ingredients

  • 2 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat Reserve Gin
  • 2/3 oz Lustau's Amontillado Sherry
  • 1/3 oz RinQuinQuin Peach Aperitif
  • 3 dashes El Guapo Holiday Bitters

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, add all your ingredients, fill with ice and stir well.

  2. Strain into your favourite coupe and garnish with orange peel.
