Honey Lavender Syrup

A delicious syrup recipe that can be used in many cocktails at home, combining Honey and Lavender.

  • 1 cup Honey
  • 3/4 cup Boiled Water
  • 1 tbsp Dried Lavender


  1. In a spouted container, add your Honey, Boiled Water and Dried Lavender. Stir well until Honey dissolves.

  2. Leave the Lavender in for 1 hr before straining. Can be left in the fridge for 2 weeks.

Recipe Notes

Yield: You're getting approximately 1 cup with these measures which can be shaken up MULTIPLE times in cocktails. Cheers.
