Honey Lavender Syrup
A delicious syrup recipe that can be used in many cocktails at home, combining Honey and Lavender.
– Difficulty: Easy
- 1 cup Honey
- 3/4 cup Boiled Water
- 1 tbsp Dried Lavender
In a spouted container, add your Honey, Boiled Water and Dried Lavender. Stir well until Honey dissolves.
Leave the Lavender in for 1 hr before straining. Can be left in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Yield: You’re getting approximately 1 cup with these measures which can be shaken up MULTIPLE times in cocktails. Cheers.
