Mulled Whiskey Ginger Toddy

A Mulled wine and Hot Toddy come together as one in this simple, yet amazing warmed cocktail.

  • 1 cup Sparkling Wine
  • 1/4 cup Teeling Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/8 cup Drambuie
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Pods
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger, thinly sliced.


  1. In a small sauce pan, add to stove, put to medium-high heat and toast cardamom pods until fragrant.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it come to a simmer before removing from the stove.

  3. Strain and pour into your favourite tea cups. Enjoy!
