Pear Royale - Cachaca Pear and Cardamom Cocktail

Shake up this refreshing Fall imbibe combining Cardamom, Cachaca, Citrus and Pear.

  • 2 oz Cachaca Leblon used here
  • 1.5 oz Pear Juice Ceyes Brand
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Lemon Peels
  • 3 Green Cardamom Pods


  1. Start off by torching the lemon peel and toast up your cardamom pods until fragrant.

  2. Add the toasted cardamom pods and lemon peel to your shaker and muddle gently.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, add a handful of ice and shake well.

  4. Double Strain over fresh ice in cocktail glass.
