Blended Pisco Sour

We're bringing out the Blender for this traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 1 handful of Ice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients into the blender without bitters.

  2. Blend and strain into your glass.

  3. Dress with Angostura Bitters on top.
