A vibrant, tropical cocktail using Roe & Co Irish Whiskey.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Roe & Co. Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz Sparkling Lemon Soda
Instructions

In your mason jar, add all your ingredients except soda.

Fill with a handful of ice, close the lid and give this a quick shake.

Remove the lid and top with Soda.
