Flight or Fennel

We've got a refreshing Collins serve with a fennel syrup, fresh lime and soda with Scapegrace Gin!

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Scapegrace Gin
  • 0.75 oz Spanish Blanco Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Fennel Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Freshly Squeeze Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Soda

Instructions

  1. Prep your Collins glass by filling it with ice (preferably Kraft Cubes)
  2. In a shaker, add all your ingredients (except soda), fill with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain over fresh ice and top with soda.

Recipe Notes

To make the Fennel Syrup, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup granulated sugar and a few slices of fennel (using the bulb/base, should total approximately ΒΌ cup) in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Let this simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from stove. Let this cool down to room temperature before straining.
