Lemon Juice

Orgeat Syrup

Table Cream

Creme de Cacao

Egg White

mint leaves
plus 1 mint sprig for garnish

Soda
Instructions
In a shaker, combine all ingredients (except Soda) and DRY shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake until it is cold to the touch
Over fresh ice, strain into a collins glass and top with soda
Garnish with Mint
