A delicious peach infused rye with local distiller Dillon's!

In a mason jar, muddle the peaches to release some of its juices
Place the cinnamon stick inside with the Dillon's Rye, and have this sit in a dark, cool area, covered for 24 hours.
Strain out peaches and cinnamon stick and store the infused Rye in a refrigerator in a sterile container.
