Peach and Cinnamon infused Rye

This infusion was created for Liquid Culture’s ‘Toronto’ cocktail, or how we like to call it here, TLC. But with all our infusions, you don’t have to stick with just the one cocktail recipe. Batch this up, so that it can be used in numerous occasions! You can find the recipe attached here!

Peach and Cinnamon infused Dillon's Rye

A delicious peach infused rye with local distiller Dillon's!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings 1 cup

  • 2 Ripe Peaches pitted and quartered
  • 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 cup Dillon's Rye


  1. In a mason jar, muddle the peaches to release some of its juices

  2. Place the cinnamon stick inside with the Dillon's Rye, and have this sit in a dark, cool area, covered for 24 hours. 

  3. Strain out peaches and cinnamon stick and store the infused Rye in a refrigerator in a sterile container.
