Blueberry Jam and Lemon Sour

A delicious cocktail dessert combining Gin, Sloe Gin, Port, Blueberries and Eggwhites.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz London Dry - Styled Gin
  • 1 oz Sloe Gin
  • 2 oz Blueberry Jam Syrup
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon
  • 1/2 oz Port Taylor Fladgate 10 yr Recommended
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 Lemon Peel

Instructions

  1. Dry shake all the ingredients for at least 30 seconds

  2. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously until cold to the touch

  3. Double strain into large coupe or martini glass

  4. Garnish with Lemon Peel
