White Chocolate Infused Cream

  • 100 grams White Chocolate 1 Package of Lindt White Chocolate
  • ¾ cup Table Cream 18%


  1. Using a heatproof bowl, place this on top of a small saucer with water and bring that to a boil.
  2. Place the white chocolate into the bowl and allow this to slowly melt. Once it has half melted, pour in the table cream and give this a stir.
  3. Let this combine and melt into each other. Simmer for approximately 2 minutes before taking the bowl off the saucepan. Let this cool to room temperature before use.

This recipe yields 3/4 cups of rich delicious cream!
