Instructions
Using a heatproof bowl, place this on top of a small saucer with water and bring that to a boil.
Place the white chocolate into the bowl and allow this to slowly melt. Once it has half melted, pour in the table cream and give this a stir.
Let this combine and melt into each other. Simmer for approximately 2 minutes before taking the bowl off the saucepan. Let this cool to room temperature before use.
