Dress up your creams with a bit of flavour and sweetness. Today we have a recipe that combines White Chocolate with 18% cream, that can be used in a number of unique ways. Initially created for the Raspberry and White Chocolate Fizz cocktail, this cream can easily compliment your London Fogs, Coffees, dessert recipes and SO much more. Make sure to test this out in your kitchen!
White Chocolate Infused Cream
- 100 grams White Chocolate 1 Package of Lindt White Chocolate
- ¾ cup Table Cream 18%
- Using a heatproof bowl, place this on top of a small saucer with water and bring that to a boil.
- Place the white chocolate into the bowl and allow this to slowly melt. Once it has half melted, pour in the table cream and give this a stir.
- Let this combine and melt into each other. Simmer for approximately 2 minutes before taking the bowl off the saucepan. Let this cool to room temperature before use.
This recipe yields 3/4 cups of rich delicious cream!
