Gin & Ginger Sparkler

An easy summer imbibe that combines Gin, Lillet Blanc and local KVAS's Ginger and Wildflower Syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin Tarquin's Used here
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 oz KVAS's Ginger and Wildflower Syrup
  • 1 oz Sparkling Wine Mionetto Prosecco used here
  • 1/2 oz Tonic Water Go with Fever Tree's Elderflower Tonic here
  • 2 Grapefruit Slices

Instructions

  1. Fill your goblet glass with ice and add your grapefruit slices.

  2. Add your Gin, Lillet Blanc, Syrup, Sparkling Wine and Tonic Bitters

  3. Stir before imbibe.
