Pineapple Shrub Infusion

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapples cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Sage
  • cups Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place into all ingredients into mason jar and seal

  2. Let this sit for 1 week in a dark, cool environment

  3. Strain the pineapple and sage and keep refrigerated for 2 weeks
