Peach and Cinnamon infused Dillon's Rye

A delicious peach infused rye with local distiller Dillon's!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Peaches pitted and quartered
  • 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 cup Dillon's Rye

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar, muddle the peaches to release some of its juices

  2. Place the cinnamon stick inside with the Dillon's Rye, and have this sit in a dark, cool area, covered for 24 hours. 

  3. Strain out peaches and cinnamon stick and store the infused Rye in a refrigerator in a sterile container.
