An Easy Apple and Vinho Verde Wine Syrup that can be used in various ways in your cocktail mixing.

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil
Once it starts to boil, immediately bring it down to a simmer for 20 minutes
Mash the apples and let it simmer for 2 more minutes before straining
Strain through a fine mesh strainer and let this sit at room temperature before storing into fridge. Can last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
