My write ups for #DrinkYourGram will be short and sweet, but this recipe was too tasty to not add it to the library here. We’re mixing some stellar rums, and this amazing Plum Cordial I put together. Want to know the results of the vote? Well I’m going to dive into that now!

Plum Ova
A tiki inspired cocktail created as per your votes for #DrinkYourGram!
– Difficulty: Intermediate
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Saint James Rhum Agricole
- 1 oz Foursquare Rum Dominus
- 2/3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 oz Plum Cordial
- 3 dashes Potion House Aromatic Bitters
- 1.5 oz Ginger Beer Grace Ginger Beer used here
Instructions
Fill your tiki glass with crushed ice.
Add all your ingredients, except ginger beer, give this a short shake with cracked ice. Strain over fresh ice into glassware.
Garnish with Mint Bouquet, Plum slice and Lime!
