I wanted to do something special for Daiquiri Day and what better way than to spice up this all-time classic with a bit of Liquid Culture flair. With warm weather finally hitting Toronto, it’s been a lot more fun walking through the St. Lawrence Market and the Peaches and Rainer Cherries looked way too good to pass up.
I paired the cherries with thyme, dates, ginger, and pretty much anything else I could find around the house. The same goes for the peach syrup. The clear winners were the Peach & Scotch Bonnet pepper Daiquiri and the Cherry Ginger Daiquiris, but I could not decide which one I loved more. So I challenge everyone to make this at home, or drop by, and see which flavours you prefer!
