Coconut & Thai Mango Vermouth

If this infusion doesn’t get you drooling, I don’t know what will. I combined this wonderful mix of flavours for the ultimate Rum Negroni, but you can use it however, WHENEVER!

Coconut & Thai Mango Dry Vermouth

A delicious, tropical Dry vermouth you can enjoy in any cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Dolin's Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Lime Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/3 cup Dried Thai Mango Roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Grab a sterile mason jar and add all your ingredients.

  2. Cover and leave it in a dark, slightly cool area for approximately 12 hours.

  3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Can keep on the shelf for 6 months. Make sure it is away from light or heat.
