I have been wanting to create a unique Campari infusion for a while, and with fall just around the corner, something was telling me this combination would work, and MAN am I happy I experimented here! This raisin-infused Campari can pretty much pair with everything, and was initially used for the Summer Plum and Raisin Negroni featured here. This infusion needs no further introductions, so lets start creating!
An amazing raisin infusion in a bath of Campari, that's incredibly simple to throw together.
- 1 cup Campari
- 1 cup Natural Seedless Red Raisin
In a clean and sterile mason jar, add Campari and raisin.
Cover with a lid in a dark lit area for 48 hours before straining.
Keep away from light, and this can hold for at least 6 months
