Chai Infused Sweet Vermouth

We have another winner when it comes to the infusion department! See how I whip up this Chai Infused Sweet Vermouth here.

The one thing I want to note before diving into the recipe, is the choice of vermouth. I wanted to keep things on the ‘delicate’ side so that the Chai can easily grasp on to the flavours. I went with Dolin’s Sweet Vermouth, because I find their vermouth is not as ‘heavy’ or ‘spiced’ like most. It was the ideal choice here when working with Chai!
