Great Balls of Scotch – Fire & Cane Cocktail for Valentine’s Day

We’ve got another special Valentine’s Day cocktail with our friends at Glenfiddich! This cocktail mixes with their Fire and Cane Whisky expression that has a ton of smoke, and finished with a sweet Rum Cask. It’s pretty much the perfect fiery spirit to mix with on V-Day, plus the bubbles and freshly squeezed Blood Orange Juice goes a long way. Single Malt and being Single on Valentine’s Day just got a whole lot tastier!

It may sound strange, but pairing Chocolate and Whisky together is one of the tastiest combos!

A special Valentine's Day Whisky cocktail, with some added bubbly! Mixing Glenfiddich's Fire and Cane, Blood Orange and Bubbles!

– Difficulty: Intermediate

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz Glenfiddich Fire and Cane
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Demerara Syrup*
3 dashes Apothecary’s Coffee Cocoa Bitters
2 oz Sparkling Wine

Instructions

Shake the first 4 ingredients and strain into flute or coupe glass. Top with Sparkling Wine.

*Note (1:1 ratio of demerara sugar and boiled water)
