Beer is often dismissed as an ingredient for the sophisticated cocktail scene, but I really believe with the right combinations you can make magic happen. This recipe is VERY easy, refreshing and I guarantee you will be shocked at how tasty this is!
I am going to set some limitations on this recipe, and that is you must use either a Wit Beer or a Saison Beer. I found those worked best. The light beers just won’t do it, so put away that Corona and expand your beer IQ.
When peaches, beer and bourbon come magically together
- 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Peach Puree
- 1/2 oz Thai Pepper Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Beer of Choice Wit or Saison recommended
- Place the bourbon puree, and syrup into a pilsner glass and give that a stir until combined
- Fill the glass with ice and top with beer
